Key Responsibilities:

• Define processes and make recommendations for improvements

• Generate process documentation and material types

• Adhere to quality assurance and safety requirements

• Assist the Estimating department with standard hours

• Oversee tooling and gauge design

Requirements:

• 4-year Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree

• 5-10 years relevant experience

• Proficient in CAD design and computer skills

• Ability to manage project budgets

• Experience supervising planning teams
