Mississauga Transportation Project Leader

Lead the transformation of transportation in Mississauga as a Project Leader. This hybrid role involves managing diverse projects that shape the city's multi-modal transport framework.

The City of Mississauga is on the lookout for an innovative Project Leader to further its Transportation Master Plan. In this position, you will engage with city staff and partners, develop extensive transportation policies, and oversee the implementation of studies and reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-modal projects linked to the TMP

• Conduct city-wide transportation studies and specific reviews

• Develop policies supporting the City’s Official Plan

• Attend public meetings and present findings to stakeholders

• Provide insights for budget planning in projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation planning or engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Eligibility for professional engineering or planning membership

• Proven project management and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with transit operations and land use planning
