Engineering Manager Product Design

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to take charge of product design and configuration discipline in a bespoke manufacturing environment. You will oversee a team of 6-8 professionals while ensuring that product development integrates seamlessly with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Your proactive leadership will enhance product clarity and rigor in documentation across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product design initiatives and new launch support

• Ensure manufacturability and scalability of designs

• Own the product configuration structure and rules

• Strengthen engineering change control protocols

• Improve consistency and discipline in documentation
Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in manufacturing or product engineering

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams

• Strong background in ECR/ECO processes

• Familiarity with engineered-to-order products

• Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred
