Job Overview
Advance your engineering career with Fed Ex as an Associate Customer Experience Analyst in Toronto, working in a hybrid model. Focus on enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. - Assist senior engineers with engineering projects
- Apply methods to reduce costs and improve service
- Support the implementation of new technologies
- Maximize value from updated systems and processes
- Collaborate with teams to enhance GTS operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- At least one year of relevant analytical experience
- Proficient in SQL and database modeling
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and web development
- Located in the Toronto GTA
