Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree with minimum 5 years aerospace experience

• Experience leading technical teams, preferably within union settings

• Deep knowledge of Bombardier manufacturing and engineering standards

• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
