Strategic Geotechnical Engineer Position

Lead the expansion of our Mississauga geotechnical engineering practice. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with extensive experience in client management and team leadership.

This key role demands a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years in the field. You will oversee project delivery, strengthen client relationships, and drive business strategies for growth. Your expertise will ensure high-quality technical oversight and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in engineering practices

• Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion

• Establish relationships with key industry stakeholders

• Attend professional industry functions to enhance visibility

• Oversee geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing

Requirements:

• Degree in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering

• 15+ years of consulting experience in geotechnics

• Proven success in client relations and leadership roles

• Preference for licensed P Eng or P Geo candidates

• Strong grasp of emerging technologies and industry regulations
