Aversan Inc., renowned for its commitment to delivering reliable electronics for aerospace and defense, is looking for a Junior Hardware Engineer. You will be crucial in creating electronic circuits that meet product requirements while preparing materials for design reviews and collaborating with diverse engineering teams to enhance design ideation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed hardware schematics for various electronic designs

• Conduct circuit analysis, utilizing LTSPICE and PSPICE

• Develop electronic circuits, including prototypes and test interfaces

• Assemble materials for design reviews (PDR, CDR)

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams on analyzing design concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering

• 0-1 year experience in electronics design

• Knowledge of OrCAD schematic design is a benefit

• Familiarity with LTSPICE and PSPICE preferred

• Previous experience in Root Cause Analysis is a plus
