Our client is looking for two qualified Geotechnical Engineers due to rapid growth. You will manage field observations, perform geological analyses, and prepare comprehensive project documentation.

Your role will involve critical design reviews and the preparation of detailed proposals for various geotechnical initiatives, while coordinating efficiently with your team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field observation and geotechnical testing procedures

• Critically review and analyze testing results and recommendations

• Compile comprehensive project documents for stakeholders

• Engage with clients and public to ensure project alignment

• Manage team tasks, budgets, and third-party consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological engineering

• Must hold an Ontario P.Eng. license

• Demonstrated leadership in client management

• 10+ years of consulting experience essential

• Capable of working independently without supervision
