Become the Senior Engineering Manager at AtkinsRéalis, specializing in Physics and Safety disciplines in Ontario. Oversee the delivery of engineering services while enhancing team capabilities and project outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage a multidisciplinary team of around 15 professionals focused on high-stakes engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that technical deliverables meet both client expectations and industry standards. You'll directly influence engineering processes while identifying future projects and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a team of engineers in Safety and Physics

• Evaluate and oversee engineering project scopes and quality

• Drive technical integration across various engineering disciplines

• Coach engineers to foster professional development

• Communicate project updates and risks to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with P.Eng. in Ontario

• 10+ years in nuclear engineering or licensing environments

• Proven experience in managing technical teams on complex projects

• Knowledge of nuclear codes and safety analysis tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
