Position: Expert SerDes Systems Engineer Needed

In this pivotal role, you'll develop and maintain Ser Des models targeting leading standards such as PCIe and Ethernet. Your collaborative spirit will drive cross-functional teamwork, and you will leverage your extensive knowledge of circuit design and DSP to improve system performance. By directly supporting customers, you will significantly contribute to successful implementations of high-performance silicon products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop models for NRZ and PAM4 transceivers

• Run system simulations to validate designs effectively

• Design algorithms to enhance transceiver adaptability

• Provide expert troubleshooting and support to clients

• Contribute to lab testing and robust design validation
Requirements:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering

• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink modeling

• Expertise in high-speed CMOS circuit design

• Familiarity with wireline and optical communication protocols

• Hands-on experience in high-speed testing
