Senior Processing Engineer
Our client is looking for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Team Leader who oversees PCB assembly production lines, managing operators to meet efficiency and quality targets.
Responsibilities- Operate, program and troubleshoot SMT machines (pick‑and‑place, printers, ovens, AOI).
- Ensure IPC standard compliance.
- Mentor staff to improve performance.
- Coordinate with engineering staff on problem solving.
- Order stencils from engineering files.
- Experience working directly with engineers on problem solving.
