Senior EHS Specialist

Drive EHS excellence with Tesla as a Senior Specialist in the Energy & Commercial sector. As a Senior EHS Specialist, you'll report to the Sr. EHS Manager, influencing compliance and enhancing processes in Residential and Commercial Service. This role requires extensive industry experience, particularly in electric power generation and lithium-ion battery storage.

Engage with leadership, operational teams, and contractors to promote best practices and continuous improvement in safety measures.

• Advise on EHS matters to business leaders and teams
• Conduct learning-focused observations and document findings
• Serve as an electrical compliance expert during product deployment
• Oversee adherence to EHS management plans and audits
• Lead EHS meetings to communicate improvements and performance metrics

• Minimum 3 years in EHS within large organizations
• Extensive experience in electric power sectors
• Proficient with OSHA and electrical standards
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experienced in training and educating teams in EHS initiatives
