Lead design and method strategies for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT expansion. This hybrid role at TRP combines engineering leadership with construction execution expertise to deliver cost-effective transit facilities. As the Design & Means & Methods Manager, you will guide the multidisciplinary coordination of stations while overseeing methods for the ECWE–SRS Project.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design coordination for transit facilities and infrastructure
- Manage all submittals related to architectural and structural works
- Coordinate with stakeholders ensuring compliance with requirements
- Develop and optimize construction means and methods
- Analyze constructability and logistics planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7–10+ years in infrastructure project experience
- Solid knowledge of transit systems design and construction methods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- P.Eng or OAA designation preferred
