Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil design and construction activities
• Conduct Facility Alteration Permit compliance reviews
• Evaluate technical proposals and provide recommendations
• Facilitate coordination with other engineering disciplines
• Prepare management-level progress reports
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of civil/site development experience
• Strong focus on airfield pavement design
• Knowledge of Canadian aerodrome and CSA standards
• Proficiency in engineering design software
