In this role, you’ll serve as a senior geotechnical engineer, leading projects for diverse public and private sector clients. Your strong background in civil or geotechnical engineering, combined with over six years of experience, will enable you to mentor junior engineers and oversee project performance. AECOM values your ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project objectives while ensuring quality control throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects and team initiatives

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical supervision

• Review and approve reports, specifications, and presentations

• Participate actively in project meetings and client updates

• Conduct quality control of field work and data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• 6+ years of relevant geotechnical experience

• Registered professional engineer in Ontario

• Experience in MTO projects

• Strong leadership skills preferred
