Key Responsibilities:

• Review JEDEC standards for analog mixed-signal specs

• Document designs, simulations, and test plans effectively

Requirements:

• PhD with 6+ years or Master's with 8+ years in IC design

• Intensive knowledge of FinFET process technologies

• Proven design experience in high-speed sub-circuits

• Familiarity with ESD protection and layout techniques

• Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools and design verification
