Mechanical Designer

This on-site role involves developing detailed CAD models and collaborating with engineering teams to meet performance and safety standards. You will engage in design reviews and help streamline prototyping efforts while resolving design-related challenges through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop mechanical designs and CAD models based on requirements

• Lead design of enclosures and housings for electronic systems

• Prepare manufacturing drawings and technical documents using Solid Works

• Apply DFM and DFA techniques for enhanced product quality

• Work closely with suppliers during prototype and production stages

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience

• Proficiency in designing aluminum and molded plastic parts

• Strong knowledge of DFM principles and manufacturing processes

• Ability to perform thermal and structural evaluations

• Excellent written and oral technical communication skills
