Senior Program Manager

Position: Senior Program Manager at IMAX
Lead multidisciplinary engineering programs with IMAX as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. Drive product development, technology modernization, and lifecycle management initiatives in a collaborative environment.

This full-time role reports to the SVP, Engineering, requiring a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You will coordinate efforts across engineering teams and ensure successful project delivery while aligning stakeholder priorities and resource management. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strategic decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional engineering programs from concept to deployment

• Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and schedules

• Drive accountability and issue resolution across initiatives

• Coordinate technology refresh and lifecycle management projects

• Facilitate technical decision-making processes among stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field

• 8+ years in technical program management

• Experience with hardware-centric engineering programs

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
