Baylis MedTech Senior Process Engineer – Packaging

Elevate medical device packaging quality as a Senior Process Engineer at Baylis Med Tech. This hybrid role is integral to the development of compliant and innovative packaging solutions.

As part of our Process Engineering division, you will design and implement packaging systems that maintain product safety and compliance. This role entails collaborating with various teams to ensure the alignment of packaging with product specifications and regulatory requirements. Your CAD skills will be pivotal in this process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement medical device packaging solutions

• Optimize packaging systems for efficiency and compliance

• Assess and introduce innovative packaging materials

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment

• Document and validate packaging verification activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in regulated medical device packaging

• Proficient in CAD tools for design purposes

• Strong understanding of relevant ISO and FDA regulations

• Eligibility for Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario required
