Support Engineer

Position: Spacelabs Healthcare Support Engineer
Elevate patient care as a Support Engineer with Spacelabs Healthcare. Deliver top-tier technical support for critical medical equipment through excellent communication and technical skills.

In this role, you will be crucial in implementing preventive maintenance and supporting customers in a clinical environment. Candidates should possess a diploma in Biomedical Engineering and demonstrate self-management as well as technical troubleshooting skills. Expect regional travel and the responsibility of nurturing client relationships through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of medical device products

• Conduct installations and in-service assistance for users

• Actively promote new and renewal service contracts

• Provide timely feedback and maintain necessary documentation

• Travel locally and remotely to meet customer demands

Requirements:

• Required diploma in Biomedical Engineering

• Relevant experience in medical devices is advantageous

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Strong PC and CRM system knowledge

• Up to 50% travel commitment expected
