Step into a leadership role with AtkinsRéalis as an Engineering Manager overseeing reactor engineering for CANDU technology. Drive high standards in engineering service delivery.

As the Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of Engineering Services and manage a team of approximately 25 engineers.

Your role prioritizes the alignment of project goals with engineering scopes, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality frameworks. You'll mentor team members and enhance technical relationships with clients, promoting best practices in engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering services for domestic and international reactors

• Manage a multidisciplinary team for optimal project execution

• Ensure deliverables meet clients' expectations and nuclear standards

• Review and approve crucial engineering documentation

• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering

• Over 10 years in Reactor Engineering, including leadership

• Experience with nuclear or CANDU technology preferred

• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities

• Flexibility for travel as needed
