Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to mentor junior engineers

• Supervise PLiM/PLEX consultants during operations

• Implement strategies to manage equipment degradation

• Provide technical guidance for plant life management

• Conduct on-site inspections and condition monitoring

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering

• Professional Engineer designation in Ontario

• Experience in nuclear power plant maintenance

• Knowledge of ARDMs and risk management

• Strong communication and coordination skills
