Position: Power Electronics Reliability Engineer at Lunar Energy

At Lunar Energy, you will ensure reliability throughout product life cycles for innovative home energy solutions. Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and contribute to developing reliability targets for power electronics and battery systems. This position emphasizes Design for Reliability (DfR), failure analysis, and continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on hardware design for reliability targets

• Provide DfR inputs during product development

• Conduct DFMEA to capture performance risks

• Develop ALT Reliability Test Plans for subsystems

• Analyze field performance metrics for reliability growth

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

• Proven record solving power electronics reliability issues

• Knowledge of converter topologies and failure mechanisms

• Experience with reliability testing models

• Understanding of reliability statistics
