Lead innovative nuclear projects as a Piping Engineering Manager ter a skilled team while ensuring technical and project excellence within a hybrid work environment.
As an Engineering Manager within the Engineering Excellence team, you will provide leadership for piping and feeder design in nuclear power plants. Oversee a team of 10 to 15 engineers while driving project success through resource planning and technical guidance. Your impact will shape future nuclear solutions and enhance team capabilities in a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve technical documents and deliverables from staff
• Plan and execute projects meeting quality, cost, and schedule
• Provide technical advice and expertise to teams
• Interface with clients to ensure specifications and requirements
• Initiate organizational improvements to foster collaboration
Requirements:
• 10+ years in nuclear project environments
• Leadership experience in engineering teams
• Knowledge of CANDU systems and nuclear codes
• Design experience in nuclear piping systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
