Marine Engineer Position at Logos Hope

Logos Hope seeks experienced marine engineers for sailing operations. Candidates must possess STCW III/1 Marine Engineering and STCW V/3 Crisis Management certifications. You will work under the 2nd Engineer to ensure machinery maintenance and oversee watchkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned machinery under the 2nd Engineer’s supervision

• Perform on-call duties as directed in the Duty Roster

• Record maintenance and operational data in the systems

• Monitor and log machinery performance during sea duties

• Participate in emergency drills as required

Requirements:

• Hold STCW III/1 Marine Engineering certification

• Complete STCW V/3 Crisis Management certification

• Prior experience in marine engineering roles

• Strong sense of responsibility for equipment management

• Availability for on-call duties during shifts
