Lycopodium Americas seeks an experienced Engineering Manager for their Engineering group. With over 15 years in mineral processing, you will manage engineering and drafting teams focused on mechanical equipment within mining.

Your role involves overseeing design reviews, coordinating disciplines, and supporting pre-commissioning while fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide creative solutions to engineering design challenges

• Approve design standards, drawings, and specifications

• Lead and mentor design teams, offering performance feedback

• Prepare man-hour budgets and design schedules

• Ensure compliance with Australian and International Standards

Requirements:

• 15+ years in mineral processing with mechanical focus

• P.Eng designation in Ontario

• Leadership in global mining operations

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

• Ability to work under minimal supervision
