Principal Engineer for CANDUclean Program

Lead the CANDUclean program at AtkinsRéalis, ensuring high-quality engineering, procurement, and construction work. You'll steer this critical project while mentoring engineering talents and driving technical excellence.

As the Principal Engineer, you'll be instrumental in executing major outage projects and ensuring scope, safety, quality, and cost are met. Your technical leadership will direct a diverse team of engineers and technicians, while engaging with clients to present effective solutions. You’ll also explore innovations to enhance contract execution and secure future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering and construction activities for CANDUclean

• Directly manage a team of engineers and technicians

• Engage with clients and lead proposals for projects

• Develop and prepare technical documentation for projects

• Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Professional Engineer designation in Ontario or equivalent

• Strong record in technical project delivery

• Experience with outage programs within budget and schedule

• Willingness to deploy to the field for outages
