As an Intermediate Transportation Engineer, you'll lead various transportation planning and traffic operations projects. With over 5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in traffic engineering, you’ll manage complex planning studies and traffic impact analyses, while mentoring junior engineers. This position reports to the Transportation Manager within the Highways & Bridges Business unit and is pivotal for your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transportation planning studies and traffic analyses

• Develop transportation and infrastructure master plans

• Conduct Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA/TIS) reports

• Guide junior staff through project phases

• Engage clients and contractors effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with transportation focus

• 5+ years in municipal infrastructure project delivery

• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario

• Extensive knowledge in traffic operations modeling

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
