In this pivotal role, you will work with the MEiT Electrical & ICAT Design and Pre-construction team. This includes assisting in pre-construction services, analyzing designs, and evaluating bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Your expertise will be vital in preparing budgets and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Electrical & ICAT Design team

• Analyze designs to meet client project requirements

• Assist in reviewing sub-trade financial submissions

• Prepare scope delineation matrices to avoid gaps

• Liaise with utilities for site services coordination

Requirements:

• 2+ years of design experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Solid knowledge of building codes and standards

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ETAP applications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
