Supervise product testing, analysis and quality assurance standards are being followed for all product lines.
Work with production managers and senior technicians to develop and maintain efficient SOPs.
Collaborate with other engineers and designers to solve complex technical problems.
Develop and implement testing procedures and product prototypes.
Provide technical support to other team members as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement changes in the systems accordingly.
Maintain documentation database of all Regulatory Compliance approved products, get reports updated when required and work with Compliance Factory Inspectors.
Work with Regulatory agencies such as UL, CSA, TUV and ETL to Test and obtain applicable compliance approvals on Manufactured products.
This includes both EMC/EMI and Safety Testing and approvals.
Coordinate the compliance testing including getting quotes, providing all documentation, all test samples and equipment and on-site at regulatory agency during testing of the products.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product engineering or a related role.
Knowledge of product development processes, including design for manufacturing, scalable testing, and quality assurance practices.
Experience with circuitry design and interpreting schematics.
Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for solving complex problems.
