What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the end-to-end development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, leading cross-functional design teams to deliver high-speed Ser Des PHY IP solutions.
Driving and directing engineering teams in both strategic and tactical dimensions, including defining IP product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
Identifying and securing the necessary resources to ensure timely project deliverables, proactively escalating issues to maintain project momentum.
Overseeing risk management and change control processes from project conception through to customer delivery.
Defining, promoting, implementing, and continuously improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and best practices.
Engaging in pre- and post-sales support activities, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
Providing regular status updates to management and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
