Engineering Manager Hybrid

Lead engineering excellence at Voith Group as an Engineering Manager, HyService, in a hybrid role based in Mississauga. Drive customer-focused solutions and ensure regulatory alignment across all offerings.
This position seeks a strong leader to guide the HyService Engineering team. The Engineering Manager will define technical scopes, oversee project execution, and promote continuous process improvements. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality standards in documentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the HyService Engineering organization

• Define and deliver technical scopes aligned with customer needs

• Estimate and execute engineering scopes in OTO and OTC phases

• Drive improvements in engineering processes and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 8–12 years of service engineering experience in a leadership role

• Proven ability to build and steer multi-disciplinary teams

• Solid skill in technical documentation and safety compliance

• Excellent communication in English; CAD/SAP knowledge is a plus
