Senior Electrical Engineer

Drive electrical engineering excellence at Hatch in Mississauga. This Senior Electrical Engineer position focuses on water infrastructure and includes a blend of leadership and technical project execution.
As part of Hatch’s Water Business Unit, the successful candidate will oversee electrical engineering activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project delivery from design to completion. Expertise in low- and medium-voltage systems is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to electrical engineering staff

• Develop procurement packages and technical reports

• Monitor project performance and ensure quality compliance

• Foster effective communication and client relationships

• Act as Project Manager for electrical infrastructure enhancements
Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

• Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree

• P.Eng. designation preferred

• Familiarity with water treatment systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills
