Senior Mechanical Project Manager Needed

Join Remote Robotic Systems as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager and lead innovative aircraft projects in Kanata, Ontario. Be at the forefront of aerospace and robotic technology development.

This on-site role requires you to manage all aspects of engineering programs, aligning technical teams to deliver cutting-edge uncrewed aircraft. Reporting to the CTO, you will structure project timelines and processes while ensuring collaboration across engineering disciplines. Your leadership will guide the team in overcoming challenges and meeting ambitious project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all program schedules and risk management tasks

• Develop and optimize project structures for effective aircraft development

• Coordinate activities among aerodynamics and manufacturing teams

• Facilitate design reviews and technical discussions

• Manage external suppliers and contract manufacturers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field

• Proven aerospace project leadership experience

• Expertise in mechanical systems and product development

• Strong project scheduling and resource coordination skills
