Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 per year.

Manage the Manufacturing Engineering activities, including but not limited to: lead engineering launch teams through process design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment in compliance with legislation lead internal and external process change management process and activities lead manufacturing process development with documentation management lead new technology development and integration supporting operational performance with engineering expertise and analysis Builds an effective and empowered team that has the skills and motivation to generate quality output while meeting departmental and divisional goals Holds Team Members accountable to meet performance expectations and to comply with all operational procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality, Safety and Environmental Programs (ie.

TS16949, ISO
14001) and takes appropriate corrective action Achieves company budgets and targets to maximize profitability Develops and implements action plans for EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) Actively participates as a dynamic and progressive member of the leadership team to strengthen Meadowvale’s ability to perform and grow to meet its maximum group potential Meets the customers delivery requirements without a shutdown throughout prototype and production requirements Meets all APQP requirements throughout divisional and program launches Conducts department meetings Provides formal and informal performance feedback to Team Members Plan and direct the efficient utilization of all equipment and manpower Investigate and participate in the review of new potential integrators capabilities and be an active part of the decision process for integrator price negotiation and selection Promotes and leads continuous improvements and cost reduction opportunities Implements and maintains all department plans for hiring and training throughout all plant and program launches.

Develops Team Members through coaching and mentoring Develops, maintains and enhances the elements of SPQP in support of our unique Meadowvale culture Meets the Divisions overall Key Performance Indicators, as set out in the Divisions plan as approved by the Corporation and Magna. Complies with duties and responsibilities as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken when violations occur Follows and complies with all Operational Procedures and Policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e. TS16949, ISO
