Key Responsibilities:

• Direct staff in water treatment facility operations

• Ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulations

• Troubleshoot equipment problems effectively

• Respond promptly to on-call situations

Requirements:

• Class 1 Water Treatment certification required

• Valid Class G Driver's license

• Ability to work rotating shifts

• In-depth knowledge of water treatments

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
