As part of Hatch’s Systems Integration and Assurance team, you will contribute over ten years of rail systems engineering experience to leading the technical aspects of large-scale rail projects. This role necessitates a strong background in systems assurance and integration within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project delivery of rail engineering solutions

• Direct system design and implementation integrations

• Ensure compliance with RAM and overall safety measures

• Serve as a mentor and technical resource for the team

• Manage client engagement and project quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Hold Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license

• More than 10 years in rail systems engineering

• Expertise in US and CENELEC rail standards

• Proven ability in training and staff development
