Position: Roadway Design Lead Engineer Role

In this role, you will take the lead on roadway design for high-stake projects, ensuring innovative and environmentally friendly outcomes. You will utilize your 15+ years of experience to direct designs from concept through to execution, interacting with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Your expertise will mentor junior staff and assist in developing client relationships for future endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct roadway design projects from inception to completion

• Prepare technical documents, reports, and quantities

• Conduct quality control on design plans and models

• Perform field inspections and support project reviews

• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required

• P.Eng. licensed in Ontario preferred

• A minimum of 15 years in roadway and highway design

• Proficient in Civil 3D and related design software

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
