In this pivotal role, you will work closely with a talented team on advanced optoelectronic system designs and validations, blending engineering physics with practical product development. Your expertise will drive the optimization of optical technology, while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead R&D for optoelectronic technologies for IMAX
• Develop component and system performance metrics
• Conduct metrology and calibration for optical assemblies
• Guide requirements definition and technical reviews
• Support cross-functional teams on product enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronics, Physics, or similar
• 5–7 years in R&D or systems engineering roles
• Deep knowledge in imaging systems and techniques
• Strong programming skills, especially in MATLAB or similar
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
