This is an 8 to 12-month co-op position aimed at third-year students in mechanical, mechatronics, or industrial engineering. You will engage with the ops team, work on automation projects, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with engineering to implement solutions

• Document and finalize revised work instructions

• Facilitate cross-functional training to eliminate failures

• Track and present key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Minimum 3rd year co-op student in engineering

• Previous aerospace manufacturing co-op experience preferred

• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Solid Edge and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
