Tetra Tech is seeking a Civil Designer to enhance our Power team. This position allows you to work remotely across Canada while helping deliver innovative engineering solutions.
We are looking for a talented Civil Designer with a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology and over three years of relevant experience. In this role, you will contribute to civil design projects related to renewable infrastructure, hydro, and substations, while ensuring quality and sustainability. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and apply your design skills effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare civil designs and specifications for various projects
• Ensure compliance with drafting standards and guidelines
• Collaborate to set timelines and budgets for projects
• Integrate sustainable engineering solutions in designs
• Maintain safety protocols and report incidents
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of design/drafting experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology required
• CET designation preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities
