Our client has over 60 years in automation and is seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to enhance their team. In this role, you will handle various projects, design electrical control panels, and select critical components. You will be creating drawings and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom electrical control panels as per specifications
• Create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD
• Select electrical components including PLCs and relays
• Develop panel layouts for optimal performance
• Prepare manufacturing documentation including BOMs
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in electrical panel design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
• Strong knowledge of control circuits and electrical components
• Familiarity with various control systems and power distribution
