As an Engineering Manager at AtkinsRéalis, you will supervise a team of 15 in a nuclear licensing environment. You will guide engineering activities to meet contract requirements and establish strong technical relationships with clients. This role demands extensive experience and leadership in safety analysis and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in safety engineering
• Ensure adherence to nuclear codes and quality standards
• Manage project scopes and client expectations
• Provide mentorship to develop team skills
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; P.Eng. registration
• 10+ years in nuclear engineering and technical leadership
• Experience with DSA/PSA methodologies and licensing analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
