Senior Engineering Manager Food Production

Take the lead with a senior-level Engineering Manager position at Canada’s only infant formula manufacturing facility in Kingston, ON. This full-time role focuses on multidisciplinary engineering, maintenance leadership, and operational excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will guide engineering and maintenance efforts in a modern, high-standard food production environment. You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build high-performing teams focused on food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and maintenance functions in a 24/7 operation

• Develop and mentor engineering teams for better performance

• Manage departmental budgets and resources efficiently

• Implement equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs

• Drive project planning and execution for CAPEX initiatives

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong background in utilities and maintenance systems

• Proven skills in continuous improvement methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
