CIMA+ is seeking a Building Mechanical Technologist to join our multidisciplinary Buildings team in Ontario. The role focuses on designing and delivering mechanical building systems for federal, municipal, and public-sector clients, spanning early design through construction.
You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and technicians to develop BIM models, prepare drawings, and ensure designs meet NBCC, OBC, NECB, ASHRAE, and CSA standards.
