Become an Intermediate Bridge Engineer at WSP and work on vital civil structures in Thunder Bay or Sudbury, Ontario.
Your role will enhance your design and engineering skills in a dynamic environment.
WSP is on the lookout for an Intermediate Engineer with a commitment to bridge design and structural analysis. This position requires a Civil Engineering degree and 3–7 years of relevant experience in Canada. You will manage projects, lead teams, and ensure quality in every phase of design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections and detailed designs for bridges and culverts
• Oversee structural analysis and project management activities
• Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
• Conduct quality assurance checks on designs and drawings
• Review and support during construction phases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and licensed Professional Engineer
• 3–7 years experience in bridge design and engineering
• Knowledge of design software and current Canadian standards
• Experience in structural inspection and report writing
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
