As the Project Operations Lead for the Darlington New Nuclear Project, you will coordinate equipment delivery and ensure compliance with project goals. Your experience in construction or engineering services will be pivotal in covering project planning, execution, and risk management. You'll engage with stakeholders, manage contracts, and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Monitor daily workflows and manage task assignments
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
• Apply KPIs to track project performance
• Ensure contract compliance and manage risks
Requirements:
• BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant project experience
• Stakeholder management in integrated projects
• Working knowledge of nuclear safety culture
• Strong organizational and communication skills
