As an M&E Coordinator at Amico, you will work with design deliverables during the project development phase. With 1-3 years of experience in building construction, you will review HVAC and electrical systems.
Your role is essential for ensuring compliance with project standards and supporting both field operations and document control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review design deliverables for constructability
• Coordinate 3D BIM models of MEP layouts
• Track action items from design workshops
• Maintain logs for design changes and impacts
• Participate in site safety inspections and toolbox talks
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 1-3 years of construction coordination experience
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Procore
• Strong attention to detail for MEP systems
• Effective communication with field teams and subcontractors
