Contribute to nuclear power design with your expertise as a Human Factors Engineer age in ergonomics and usability testing while supporting high-stakes projects.
As a Human Factors Engineer with AtkinsRéalis, you'll influence the design of critical systems in the nuclear sector.
Your role includes executing Human Factors work packages, managing project delivery, and developing engineering program plans according to strict regulations. You'll also lead verification and validation efforts, ensuring user-centric designs meet safety and functionality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Human Factors and Ergonomics work packages
• Develop Human Factors Engineering Program Plans
• Conduct Human Factor Function and Task analysis
• Prepare Human-System interface design documents
• Perform usability testing and validation exercises
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of Human Factors experience
• Background in high hazard industries like Nuclear
• Experience in regulated environments
• Strong writing and presentation skills
