Junior Mechanical Engineering Analyst CANDU

Support CANDU Field Services through mechanical design and analysis with Atkins Realis in Mississauga, Ontario, under direct engineering supervision.

As a Junior Mechanical Engineering Analyst, you will support field service projects for Candu Energy Inc. facilities and customer sites. Your work includes mechanical equipment and systems design, technical documentation, machine design, controls, and project administration. You will collaborate with drafting staff, peers, clients, suppliers, manufacturing, and testing teams while following applicable codes, standards, regulations, and procedures.

• Perform conceptual and detailed mechanical design engineering work
• Prepare design requirements, specifications, drawings, and test procedures
• Support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Participate in technical design meetings with stakeholders
• Provide engineering support for quality surveillance and non-conformances

• Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering degree
• Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration in Ontario
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving, organizational, and customer relationship skills
• CAD experience in Solid Edge or Solid Works is an asset
